Isabelle Bufflier is an expert in Private Law at SKEMA Business School. She holds a Doctorate from University Strasbourg. She teaches Business Law, Business Criminal Law, Contracts and Torts Law. She is also a banking, assurance and internet law consultant. She currently manages the double degree in Business Law with a French university. Prior to joining SKEMA, Isabelle Bufflier had a long and successful career in the French university system.Francesco Castellaneta holds his PhD in Management at Bocconi University, Milan. Previously, I was Assistant Professor at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. He has been International Faculty Fellow (IFF) at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2014. He teaches: Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, and Introduction to Management. His research work aims to understand how business organizations use, acquire, build and protect their resources in the context of complex strategic initiatives, leading to publications in top journals.
