Iris Newalu

I’m a women’s leadership development consultant, executive coach and workshop facilitator. I’ve worked with clients in a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, engineering, insurance, and media. Some of my clients have included Johnson & Johnson, JPMorgan Chase, IBM, Univision, Accenture, MetLife, John Deere, Kimberly Clark, State Farm, and NASA, among others.

For organizations: I help companies develop strategies to advance and retain their female talent. With over 20 years of experience in consulting, program design, delivery, and facilitation, I bring a breadth of knowledge from my direct experience collaborating with top tier leadership teams, who have successfully moved the needle for women in their organizations. I want to help more organizations do the same for their women leaders through establishing strategic women’s initiatives, programs and coaching.

For individuals: My specialty is in coaching managers and executives looking to advance to the next level and enhance their leadership and management capacity. I also love to work with individuals in transition who are interested in re-wiring themselves for something radically different. I use a proven and strategic 90-day process that promises to deliver clarity and direction.

For teams: I deliver workshops on: Women’s Leadership; Strengths-based Leadership; Working with Emotional and Social Intelligence; Mindfulness, Stress, and Resilience; and Coaching.

Speaking: I speak at conferences and events on topics of women’s leadership, confidence, careers, and transitions.
