Industrial\Organizational Psychologist. Graduated from C.U.N.Y (1992). PostDoctorate degree from the Technion (1993). Serves as consultant in various organizations, mainly in leadership development areas, strategic planning and Human Resource Management. Develops, manages and implements workshops in-house in the field of Organizational Behavior. Lecturer at Ben-Gurion University for the M.B.A. program in the following courses: Management and Leadership Development in Organization, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Practicum. Winner of 4 awards for outstanding teaching.
