His areas of interest, both in his professional and in his research activity, come within the framework of the various spheres of human behaviour in organizations, especially in the dynamics of labour relations and in people management processes.
In his professional activity, he has carried out teaching tasks on undergraduate programmes, both at ESADE Business School and at the Law School, on MBA courses, on the PhD programme and on executive training programmes. He has also participated in various research groups related to his areas of interest, spheres in which he also regularly works as a business consultant and advisor.
