Helena Kim

HELENA IS A GEEK AT HEART. She has over 25 years of experience in human behaviour, positive psychology and leadership coaching. She started her career as a geeky educational psychologist and psychotherapist.

SHE IS AN ACADEMIC REBEL. It wasn’t easy leaving the security of academia where she had a professorial post teaching graduate courses in Consulting, Career Development, Leadership, Communication, and Group Dynamics. In 2005, she irreverently recalibrated her training and experience in psychology into coaching and training corporate leaders.

Helena launched her best-selling book, Soft Skills for Hard People in 2020. In this book, she challenges various conventional wisdom on emotional intelligence.

HELENA’S BACK IN SCHOOL. She also runs the intensive personal and professional success coaching service for MBA students and alums at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School called MindWorks@CJBS.
