Following the completion of her PhD from Waterford Institute of Technology in 2008, Helen McGrath joined the staff of University College Cork as a marketing lecturer. Helen is currently the Director for the Early Start Programme in Management and Marketing in the European Union designed for International Students who wish to be introduced to the fundamental concepts and practice of management and marketing in the European Union. Helen is also responsible for teaching marketing modules both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Helen was previously employed by Waterford Institute of Technology both as a lecturer and as project information officer for EnAct (Enterprise in Action), a micro-enterprise development initiative designed to increase managerial capabilities of owner-managed businesses in south east Ireland. Her main research interests lie in the area of business-to-business relationship marketing, with a strong focus on the network approach as set out by the International Marketing and Purchasing Group of researchers.

RESEARCH INTERESTS

Helen McGrath is a lecturer in marketing in the department of management and marketing at University College Cork. She joined the department in 2009, having previously lectured at Waterford Institute of Technology. Her main research interests lie in the area of business-to-business relationship marketing, with a strong focus on the network approach as set out by the International Marketing and Purchasing Group of researchers.
