As an executive coach, Helen Antoniou partners with business leaders and their teams to help them realize a better version of themselves. The core purpose of her coaching process is to increase self-awareness so that her clients can become more intentional in the choices they make and close the gap between current and aspired future states. Amongst others, Helen has a strong interest for matters related to family businesses, be it in governance, succession planning or legacy building. Her close ties to an enterprise that has been family-controlled over multiple generations gives her a unique perspective in this regard.
