Heather Haux

I am a certified special educator with an extensive and diverse background working with both classified and general education students. Classifications include, but are not limited to students diagnosed as learning disabled, deaf and /or hard-of-hearing, developmentally delayed, autistic and/or on the spectrum of disorders, physically challenged and emotionally disabled.

In addition to working as a special educator, I have written and developed several curriculums designed to challenge academically gifted students. These courses cover a broad range within the humanities, such as creative and expository writing, world events and debate, public speaking and language coursework.
