Bio

Harvey Kolodny is a Professor Emeritus at Rotman. His main research interest focuses on the confluence of technology and organizations. Harvey’s research and teaching interests include the transformational organizational change of large organizations; the design of complex organizations, particularly with respect to matrix organization designs and sociotechnical systems; and the design of government organizations to deliver innovation and commercialization support to small- and medium-sized enterprises.
