Biography

-

Hallie Harris has been developing and marketing global brands for more than a decade. As Managing Director of social media agency Epic Signal, she oversees over thirty Fortune500 brand relationships, and in little more than a year has expanded her staff of three into a team of more than 35 employees, growing the agency's revenue tenfold. She has worked closely with The One Show to provide data and insights into the world of influencer marketing, championing the new category on their awards roster.

Considered a pioneer in the influencer marketing space, Hallie has negotiated over 300 influencer marketing business deals with brands such as Alaska Airlines, Pepsi, Starbucks, and The White House. She spearheaded the development and execution of the first ever brand-owned, creator-driven, multi-channel network in partnership with Mountain Dew ("Green Label"), as well as an influencer-hosted content series for Amazon Fire.

Hallie previously served as General Manager of IconicTV, a digital media company founded in conjunction with YouTube's premium content initiative. There, she managed relationships with clients such as A-Trak, Diplo, and Skrillex, while negotiating over 50 acquisition and production partnerships with social media celebrities like Michael Buckley, Todrick Hall and The Hillywood Show.

Hallie's earliest business venture was in the music management sector, with clients such as multi-platinum producer Damon Elliot and platinum-selling recording artist Jessie James Decker. She has toured with Justin Bieber, The Jonas Brothers, and has visited troops in Iraq with Kid Rock.

Common to all of Hallie's endeavors is a deep fascination with the platforms, products and technologies around which communities are built, and a passion for helping talented individuals connect with new audiences.
