Foster School of Business

Greg brings nearly two decades of experience developing leaders and teams within the business, non-profit and voluntary sectors. He’s an executive coach, facilitator and regular public speaker.

Greg’s background began in IT when he graduated with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Computer Science. He then moved into the charity sector and led the NI (Northern Ireland) division of a UK wide charity fundraising company. Moving into the sales sector, Greg occupied several sales roles, developing business relationships across the UK and Ireland. He has also worked in banking and the faith-based sector.

As an accomplished facilitator, Greg has years of experience designing and delivering countless facilitated sessions. He has delivered sessions to leaders from all over the world both virtually and face-to-face – including working with a group of international leaders from one of the world’s biggest NGO’s.

Greg also works as an executive coach in which he enjoys bringing his years of experience, passion and skills at working with people. He has years of experience of helping leaders navigate some of the most difficult times of their lives, and helping businesses, individuals and organisations reach their targets. He is qualified as an executive coach through the Academy of Executive Coaching, and has experience providing 1:2:1 executive coaching for leaders in a range of sectors including Consulting, Education, Finance, Health and Social Services, IT, and Marketing. He has coached leaders at MD level, other directors and owners of SME’s.

Greg also works as a pastor in a local church and since 2009 has continued to develop, lead, and pioneer community development in a community in South Belfast as it seeks to emerge from the conflict in Northern Ireland. Alongside this work he has gained an MA in Youth and Community Work and serves as a course leader, mentor, and facilitator for an organisation helping other faith-based organisations engage with their local community.
