Biography

Prof. Lam is a member of the Twelfth Guangdong Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and the Eleventh & Twelfth Zhongshan Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, a Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Guangdong Youth Association and Vice Chairman of the Guangdong's Association For Promotion of Cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong & Macao. Mr. Lam served as a part-time member of the Central Policy Unit of the Government of Hong Kong from 2011 to 2012, and is currently serving as an advisory committee of the Sustainable Agricultural Development Fund of the Government of Hong Kong, a committee member of the Appeal Panel (Housing) of the Government of Hong Kong, and a committee member of China Mainland Business Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Trade and Development Council.

He was the recipient of the ‘2019 Greater China Outstanding Youth Entrepreneur Award’ presented by the Hong Kong Commercial Daily newspaper, and ‘2020 Most Outstanding Young Entrepreneur of the Greater Bay Area’ presented by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Union.

Mr. Lam is currently a committee of the China Commerce & Economy Society and the Vice Chairman of its Youth Division, Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Society of Commercial Economy, Deputy Dean of the Guangdong Asia Pacific E-Commerce Institute.
