IE Business School

Gloria is part of Microsoft’s Spain Board of Directors, leading Enterprise Commercial segment with the role of supporting Spanish Large Enterprises in their Digital Transformation through the use of Technology. Prior to this role she spent 18 years at McKinsey & Co. In her last years she was the Co-Lead of the Advanced Analytics Practice in EMEA and member of the Global AA ExCom serving clients globally through the Machine Learning Hub she established in Madrid. She was also deeply involved in McKinsey internal trainings as Faculty. Her prior experience includes her work as Financial analyst at Orange Spain, Business Analyst at Mitchell Madison Group and Corporate Credit executive at Banque Paribas

She combines her executive role and teaching role with an advisor role on Digital strategy at Caixa Geral De Depositos in Portugal

She has a degree in Business Administration by Icade and a degree in Law by Uned. She is fluent in Spanish (mother tongue), English and French
