Giordana is Fellow di Organizational Behavior at SDA Bocconi School of Management.

At SDA Bocconi she served as Scientific Director for custom projects on organization topics for manager enterpreneurs. She also teaches in graduate and undergraduate programs of Università Bocconi.

Her research activity if focused on organizational behavior like diversity and inclusion, managerial role, people management, time management and group dynamics.

She is author of various publications on organization topic and of the book «L’innovazione parla anche Italiano. Creatività, intuito, spirito di adattamento e velocità decisionale».

Giordana has achieved a degree in Business Administration at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. She is Practitioner MBTI, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and ICF – International Coaching Federation member.
