Bio
Giacomo Valletta , PhD, is Associate Professor of Economics at EDHEC Business School. He holds a PhD in economics from CORE (Université Catholique de Louvain - Belgium) and a PhD in Mathematical Economics from the University Federico II (Naples - Italy). His research focuses on Microeconomics, especially Public Economics with an emphasis on Welfare Economics, Tax Policy Evaluation, Mechanism Design and Regulation. He has taught and coordinated courses at all levels (from bachelor to PhD) in a variety of subjects related to industrial economics and economic regulation (Industrial Organization, International Competition Policy, Internet Economics, Market Regulation and Information Economics)
