Hult Ashridge Executive Education
BA (Hons), FCIPD Gerry Miles, an Ashridge Associate Faculty member, leads the Ashridge Strategic Human Resource Management development programme, and also consults in the areas of talent management and leadership development. He has gained a wealth of HR line and consulting experience working in a range of industry sectors including financial services, automotive, aerospace, energy and telecoms, in addition to central government and the NHS. Gerry spent 12 years with Capgemini, as Vice President for their HR practice and Talent Director for the consulting practice; 13 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers as Director for their global leadership and culture change practice; and 14 years with BP in HR operational and policy roles. A Fellow of the CIPD, Gerry has written widely on change management and HR topics, and is the co-author of the leadership development book, Growing Leaders.
