Biography
Gérard Boileau is an Affiliate Professor at HEC Paris.
Since 2000, Gérard Boileau has taught Corporate Finance in various Executive Education programs. In particular, he is actively involved is designing and coordinating Finance courses in HEC Executive MBA.
A certified public accountant and auditor, Gérard Boileau holds an Executive MBA degree from HEC. Along his career, he has been a partner in various accounting firms of medium size or international scope (Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young), with a focus on issues related to consolidation and management control. In 2003, Gérard Boileau created his own chartered accountant''s practice, specializing in counseling SMES and entrepreneurs starting or acquiring their business.
