Biography:

María RUIZ GARCÍA, CFA, is a professor of Finance at NEOMA Business School. She teaches in the Executive MBA, Full-time MBA, Bachelors, Masters and the CFA track of the Programme Grande Ecole (Master in Management). Her primary areas of teaching are Financial Reporting and Corporate Finance. She has held visiting teaching positions in various other institutions such as CNAM (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers) or EOI - Escuela de Negocios (Madrid). She is particularly involved with e-learning programmes and on-line courses. She specialises on case writing, her most recent subjects are Hermes, LVMH and Laurent Perrier. Her next project is a book on Financial Valuation of Luxury Brands. She has a Master's degree from Université Paris-Dauphine. Her professional experience includes working at Saint-Gobain for the last 10 years as a Coach for Management Control projects.
