Federico Sabriá is professor of operations management. He is also an active consultant in the field of logistics. He holds a Ph.D. and a master''s degree in civil engineering from the UC Berkeley.

Prof. Sabriá''s professional experience includes his participation in the development of the Barcelona International Airport, the redesign of the logistics system for a major Spanish oil company, the evaluation of ISDN transport applications in Spain and the development of a strategic plan for the city of Barcelona and a master plan for the Logistics Department of the Barcelona ´92 Olympic Organizing Committee.

Professor Sabriá teaches operations and supply chain management at the MBA level and also participates in various executive education programs. He is the academic director of the program on logistics management which IESE runs in conjunction with Cranfield. Prof. Sabriá has published many articles in academic journals and is the author of over 15 case studies.
