Francois Cohen is an Associate Fellow at the Institute for New Economic Thinking at the Oxford Martin School. Francois is also Guest Professor at the Department of Economics and Chair of Energy Sustainability of the University of Barcelona, Spain. He is also part of the Future of Cooling Programme of the Oxford Martin School. Francois is primarily interested in policies to mitigate climate change and the socioeconomic impacts of climate change.
