IESE Business School

Francisco Gay has been lecturer at IESE since 1989. He currently teaches on a part-time basis in the Department of Managing People in Organizations. Previously, he was a research fellow at IESE.
He obtained the title of industrial technical engineer from the School of Industrial Technical Engineering of the Universidad de Zaragoza.

He currently holds the position of director and general manager of several educational businesses. He also works as an executive consultant in the area of managing people in organizations, work / life balance and executive coaching.

Francisco Gay''s extensive professional background includes sales and executive appointments in several firms operating in the services, agro-nutritional, financial and education sectors. The positions he held include those of sales manager, head of the sales department, head of unit, general manager and deputy adviser.
