Francis Hackett became Chairman, KPMG Legal Services in 2014 and leads KPMG's Legal Services Department while serving as a member of KPMG Global Legal Services Steering Committee. With over 20 years’ experience of advising on corporate and commercial law, including 10 years as a main board director of an Irish plc, Hackett’s areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings and corporate governance issues. His clients include companies in the telecoms, information technology, software and manufacturing sectors.
