Bio
Dr. Francesca Spinelli brings over 20 years of Fortune 500 executive and board experience to the classroom. She served on the board of directors of Advance Auto Parts and held the chief human resources officer roles with retailers PetSmart, Inc. and RadioShack Corporation. She also held officer roles with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and wholesale distributor, McLane Company. Dr. Spinelli has been recognized by Human Resources Executive and the State of Texas Governor’s Committee on Workforce Development for innovative approaches to workforce talent.
Today Dr. Spinelli serves on the board of directors of Pariveda Solutions, a Dallas based information technology consulting company. She is also an executive coach working with leaders in several industries including healthcare, financial services, consumer products, defense, government, and oil and gas.
