Education

Fran Chuan is Coach, he holds a diploma in Design Thinking from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, and in Innovative Management and Corporate Entrepreneurship from Babson College (Boston) and a diploma from the General Management Programme at ESADE. Additionally, he is certified as Entrepreneur Educator (SEE) from Babson College (Boston).

Professional Background

Fran has been a local and international associate to several companies for over 35 years, leading high-performance teams on IT projects and processes management.

As Keynote speaker, Fran inspires and encourages people to put into practice their innate curiosity and creativity to implement the culture of transformation toward innovation in their organizations. He has been guest speaker at forums such as the Centenary of the International Chamber of Commerce and the Peru Mining Business 2020 and many others. Also, he has lectured and provided professional consultancy to local and international organizations such as Acoltes, Afida, Airbus, Alianza del Pacífico, Axiom Groupe, Chamber of Commerce of Bogota, Dirpoinduca, Euskalit, EventoPlus, Ferrovial, Gamesa, Gas Natural, Grefusa, Grupo Peralada, Innobasque, IQS, Isaza, Ledesma, Merck, NEM Solutions, Penteo, Reckitt, Repsol, Verti, o Werfen Group, among others.

Entrepreneurship

Cofounder and CEO of InnoQuotient, an online platform (2011) based on the questionnaire developed by professors Rao & Weintraub in Babson, Boston. InnoQuotient is the tool to assess how prepared is the culture of the organization to become innovative. With more than 450 companies and nearly 70,000 answers, InnoQuotient is increasingly growing as the state-of-the-art tool preferred by companies to be rated and upgraded.

Fran is Innovation Trusted Advisor to several companies worldwide in 3 continents and is Member of the Advisory Board of the Digital Future Society, a programme of the Mobile World Capital, Barcelona, intended to enhance among others, the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
