«Impact of institutional investors on management control practices in listed firms » From an exploratory study, enlightening of the evolution of two aspects in the management control practices: internal coordinator and information supplier "Internal reporting and disclosure practises: contribution to their reciprocical construction"
Exploratory study towards 9 managers, 8 institutional investors ans 3 financial analysts. Enlightening of interactions or breaks between internal reporting systems and information disclosed, depending on internal management practises, the will to communicate and the influence power of investors.
On going projets « Information disclosure in the one to one meetings: the example of a french industrial group » Case study in an industrial group : meeting with 15 persons inside the group - analysis of the process of internal management control practices and disclose practices
