Research & Teaching Interests

Professor Lassk''s research interests include customer orientation, salesperson job involvement, emotional intelligence, and measurement issues. Her teaching interests include marketing research and professional selling.

Industry & Academic Experience

Professor Lassk has done some consulting work for Blackwell Publishing in Medford, MA and in Cambridge, England and HCPro in Marblehead, MA. Prior to entering academic life, she was an account executive and senior research analyst for a marketing research firm in Orlando, FL.

Services to the Profession

Professor Lassk is a member of several editorial review boards, including Marketing Education Review, Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management, and The Sales Review. She has served as a national officer of the American Marketing Association, the Society of Marketing Advances, and USA Marketing co-chair, Education Committee, Mobile Marketing Research Association. Professor Lassk is certified in the administration of the ECI and MSCEIT.
