Biography

INSEAD Business School

Evelyne Franzon, Assistant Director, INSEAD Career Development Centre and Katja Boytler, Associate Director, INSEAD Career Development Centre In an era where Artificial Intelligence makes it possible to provide personalized customer experiences, how can Career Services enhance the student’s journey during their studies? How can we work with students, stay close to what matters, and help them bridge from hi-tech to hi-touch? The INSEAD team has developed a Career Coaching programme that combines core classes, group activities, and one-on-one sessions with several technology and survey modules. Blending the hi-tech with hi-touch has increased student engagement and introduced interaction in a structured programme allowing all students a voice. Evelyne and Katja will share the details of the programme, including examples of tools we use it to give you a first-hand experience. There will be plenty of time for experience sharing and Q&A. Whether you are a one (wo)man or big team, we aim to let you leave with ideas and inspiration you can apply back home.
