• Communications Recruiting Committee, Committee Chair, Chaired national search for full-time communications faculty to teach in both undergrad and grad programs. Committee chose to interview 6 candidates. Resulted in offer and acceptance of an outstanding candidate from UW-Madison. (2011 - )
• Accelerate Award for Graduating MBA Student Committee, Committee Member, With committee, select Accelerate Award recipient. (2011 - )
• Tepper Library Committee, Committee Member, Serve with Chester Spatt, Steve Spear, Chris Telmer to advise Business Librarian Roye Werner and receive updates on recent library activities that impact Tepper School stakeholders. (2010 - )
• NetImpact ProBono Consulting, Faculty Advisor, Advised 2 different consulting teams on their projects for not-for-profit agencies and their interpersonal interactions with agency executives; attend mid-term and final project presentations with agency board members and execs. (2009 - )

• BSBA Annual Internal Case Competition, Case Writer, Create original case (based on real-time real-world business issue) that includes issues around strategy, finance, HR, marketing, and technology. Present this to the students at case launch meeting. Create all additional case materials needed by judges. (2000 - )
• Assessment Committee for Outcomes of Curriculum Reassessment, Committee Member, Wrote and delivered an overview of communications requirements and their context over the last decade within our MBA program. This enabled committee to understand better what communication faculty had delivered (and why) in past core changes. (2014 - 2015)
• Tepper MBA Academic Actions Committee, Committee Member, With committee, determine is any academic actions are to be recommended to the dean or any program directors regarding a student''s academic performance. (2009 - 2014)
• Tepper BSBA Academic Affairs, Committee Member, With committee, determine if any academic action need to be recommended for any BSBA undergraduates. (2006 - 2014)
• Tepper Accelerate Leadership Immersion Workshops (Fall), Program Coordinator, Hours include prep and execution. Revised with Sylvia Vogt the curriculum for the fall Flex-time LIW. Revisions were major. Led half of the class throughout the two-day workshop. (2011 - 2013)
• Executive Education Kiev Summer Program, Faculty for "Persuasive Presentations", Prepare and implement communications component for Kiev-IMI summer program. Includes lectures, handouts, observations, feedback. The only communications faculty member for about 50 participants. (1996 - 2013)
