Eva is a seasoned champion of change management with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams across the diverse cultures and environments of Asia Pacific. Prior to joining AGSM @ UNSW Business School, Eva held HR leadership roles at HSBC Australia, Swiss Re, NRMA, National Mutual/AXA and ANZ Bank.

She has a rigorous understanding of the strategic drivers of business performance and the ability to align and apply innovative interventions to enable business outcomes. Eva has a deep commitment to ensuring the people agenda is represented strongly at the leadership table through strategic HR practice.

In 2008, she was named Diversity Leader of the Year in the 2008 Equal Opportunity for Women in the Australian Government's Workplace Agency Business Achievement Awards.
