Eros Sharma

Eros Sharma, Adjunct Instructor of Leadership at the Sacred Heart University Luxembourg since 2018, holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University in Philadelphia, USA. He also holds an M.S. in Executive Coaching from Ashridge, Hult International Business School. He started his career at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria in a branch director development program in Spain. He then started an international organization and change management career at Accenture working in Spain, Germany, South Korea, Brazil, and the UK.

His passion to develop leaders and staff materialized and he became responsible for leadership development at Canon EMEA in London. This trend continued at Philip Morris International in Switzerland where he was responsible for talent development. Various assignments as an independent consultant followed before he took on the learning and development responsibility at the European Stability Mechanism in Luxembourg.

Eros is now an independent human capital consultant based in Luxembourg. He is an associate trainer at FTS Global in Luxembourg and an associate executive coach at Ashridge in the UK. He is also a mentor at the Founders Institute in Luxembourg. He has consulted for several organizations including Santander, Vodafone, BP, BT, PayPal, Deloitte, and the European Investment Fund.
