I am always looking for new challenges that enable me to utilize my field experience in marketing, business development, and leadership development for the betterment of an organization. Others have said I keen sense of emotional intelligence that allows me the ability to identify, assess, and control my own emotions under pressure, and empathize with the emotions of others in order to reach a common goal. I can quickly identify the strengths in others, and use that ability to identify roles that the particular person would thrive in.
