Stockholm School of Economics
Erik Lakomaa has a Master and PhD Stockholm School of Economics with specialization in Economic History.
His field of research is how organizations, public and private, adapt to external change (new technology, new markets, new regulation).

Monopolists for Competition? (with Mirko Ernkvist, Christian Sandström and Robin Gustafsson)
The Effects of Competition on Educational Outcomes and Grading (with Gustaf Lundgren)
His research has been published in Business History, Quarterly Journal of Austrian Economics, IEEE Access and European Journal of Criminology. He is the author of two books.
Erik Lakomaa is currently teaching two courses. Financial and Business History (at SSE) and Political Economy (at Linköping University)
