Enrique Gomez joins the Fox School as an assistant professor in the Department of Accounting, coming from the University of Georgia.

Gomez’s research interests include asymmetry in capital markets, voluntary disclosures, information intermediaries and disclosure regulations. Throughout his career, he has received various academic honors, including a Deloitte Doctoral Fellowship Award, Ricky Rice Fellowship from University of Georgia and more.

He received his BS and MAcc from Brigham Young University and his PhD in business administration from the University of Georgia
