Emre A. Veral

Professor Veral currently serves as Chair of the Narendra Paul Loomba Department of Management. His recent engagements in the Zicklin School of Business include serving as Academic Director of the Executive MBA in Healthcare Administration Program and as Faculty Mentor in The Field Center for Entrepreneurship. His academic interests concentrate on service operations management, with special research focus on improving productivity and efficiency in healthcare services. His contributions to academic research and industry include several publications and projects involving scheduling, inventory, forecasting, and capacity management theory and practice. Until recently, Professor Veral also served as Senior Research Fellow at the International Center for Corporate Accountability, involved in corporate code of conduct, monitoring of offshore manufacturers Corporate Social responsibility programs.
