Emily Lin, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, provides support on matters involving government enforcement defense. Her recent matters include assisting in the representation of a Fortune 100 Pharmacy Benefit Manager as a defendant in various litigations across the U.S. arising out of the opioid epidemic. Ms. Lin received her BA from Yale University.
