Leonard N. Stern School of Business

Ellen Pluta joined New York University Stern School of Business as an Adjunct Professor in 2008, where she teaches the course, "Business and Its Publics."

Professor Pluta has an extensive background in book and magazine publishing. She is a writer, editor, writing coach and consultant for national and state nonprofit organizations that address issues of family homelessness, education and social justice and outreach.

She received her B.A. in English from Columbia University in 1988.
