Dr. Smalley, President and CEO of JASON Learning is a nationally recognized educator and non-profit leader providing access and opportunity to all children, whether as a superintendent, teacher, professor, or CEO. After 30 years in the public sector with 12 as superintendent, she has worked at JASON Learning as COO and at Darden School, UVA as a Sr. Project Director.
