Professional Activities
Mr. Pappacena has 35+ years of global business experience and worked in over 50 countries providing strategic and business consulting advice to some of the world’s largest global companies and multinationals. As a senior partner in PwC and Arthur Andersen, he held various senior executive and leadership roles at global, regional, and country levels in both firms.
As a member of PwC’s global and US leadership teams, Mr. Pappacena held the following executive leadership roles: Global Chief Strategy Officer, Global Business Services Transformation Officer, Global Brand Officer, and Data & Analytics Managing Partner.
Prior to PwC, Mr. Pappacena was a partner at Arthur Andersen, where he held multiple leadership roles, including Global Managing Partner of the Strategy, Organization & Change practice; Regional Managing Partner of the Latin America Business Consulting business; and US Managing Partner of the Professional and Business Services industry.
Clients served included companies such as WPP Group, Chrysler, Federal Express, Hewlett Packard, McDonald’s, Royal Dutch Shell, Honeywell Aerospace, Singapore Airlines, Target, AT&T, Publicis Groupe, Leo Burnett, General Electric, Waste Management, Motorola, Service Master, Turner Construction, Lendlease (Australia), Telefonica (Spain), Petrobras (Brazil), FEMSA (Mexico), Grupo Carvajal (Colombia), and PDVSA (Petróleos de Venezuela).
Currently, he is CEO/President of Cani Investments, LLC (an investment management firm) and Chairman of the Global Advisory Boards of a number of consulting firms around the world. He is also a member of Florida International University’s MBA Advisory Board.
