Ed Miller brings more than 25 years of experience in coaching, management, and consulting to his work with executives. Prior to coaching and consulting, Miller was business director at Quaker Oats (now Pepsi), with full P&L and management responsibility for a cross-functional business team, including sales, finance, operations, marketing, and R&D. Before joining Quaker, he worked in sales and marketing at IBM with clients in the manufacturing and transportation industries.

As a consultant, he works with companies in the areas of business and marketing strategy, leadership, and professional development. As a coach, he works with executives and teams to increase their leadership and management skills and to achieve their professional and organizational goals. Miller has worked with clients ranging from startup and midsize organizations to Global 100 firms, including ADA, AT&T, Bell Canada, Amoco (now BP), Chase, Clintec, DRW, Microsoft, Nestle, SAIC, T. Rowe Price, and Xerox.

Miller is also a lecturer and leadership coach at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Clients have included Abbott, Amsted, Bank of Communications (China), Cargill, CME, Harman-Kardon, Honeywell, HSBC, KONE, Philips, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and Wrigley.
