Over 25 years’ experience as a professional advisor to global leaders in business strategy and management across US, Europe, Canada, Southeast Asia, Japan and China. Provided thought leadership to C-Suite management in organizational transformation and change. Douglas is a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching and sits on IOC's Strategy Council as well as Council on Race, Equity and Inclusion. A qualified executive coach from Columbia University’s Coaching Program who draws from diverse experience as an international attorney (Herbert Smith) and management consultant (McKinsey and Deloitte) and a refired Army officer to help successful business leaders advance on personal development, team coaching and measurable team performance. Douglas is also a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Assessment.

Executive advisor and coach to business leaders and their management teams on strategy, personal development and performance acceleration using the MOVESM methodology of mindfulness, openness, viewing and engagement as well as other best practices on leadership.

Proven track record as leader of complex programs involving international teams and cross functional team dynamics. Most recently, appointed head of strategy for MetLife’s Group Insurance, a $20B business. Past experience include being part of McKinsey’s organizational change practice, Deloitte’s M&A practice and an international commercial litigation attorney admitted to the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore and New York bar.
