Mr. Donald A. Key is formerly an Ernst & Young (EY) senior partner with extensive experience in various areas of public accounting.  His experience includes audit partner responsibilities for the audit of financial statements of numerous SEC Registrants (primarily in the Fortune 1000) in the manufacturing, high-technology, and industrial products industries and member of the EY Americas Independence Group.
