Dominique Jacquet

Dominique Jacquet is a professor of finance who nurtures his teaching practice by combining academic excellence and deep and permanent links with business.

From his 10 years of experience in companies, with the responsibility of managing investments, and exercising the functions of treasurer, then financial director, he has drawn a permanent curiosity for the subjects which constitute the basis of value creation. sustainability within firms.

His vocation as a teacher and researcher was born from his desire to deepen knowledge of the drivers of value creation, but also from the need to share them with decision-makers.

He has taught to a wide variety of audiences, both in terms of experience and geographical and sectoral origin, while supervising nearly 30 doctoral theses and carrying out a parallel consulting and technical coaching activity for managers.

His teaching took him to Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. He teaches (MBA and/or executive training), among others, at Insead, Cedep, HEC Montréal and Ecole des Ponts, where he headed the economics and finance department.

In 2006, it initiated a blended learning educational approach by developing a complete e-learning system with one of its industrial partners, allowing participants to benefit from truly continuous, coherent and interactive training.

He wanted to capitalize on this enriching experience by broadening and systematizing it.

The E-cademy is the result of his vision of an attractive and effective pedagogy whose mission is to contribute to permanent financial education for business managers who must integrate the need for sustainable value creation in their operational decisions.
