Biography

Prior to joining Warwick Business School, Dimitrios was at Henley Business School and Imperial College London. Dimitrios has taught leadership and leadership development around the globe including UK, Ireland, Finland, Denmark, South Africa, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

At Warwick Business School, Dimitrios is the Programme Director of the Executive MBA and the Executive Diploma in Strategic Leadership.

Research Interests

Dimitrios is an Associate Professor of Leadership and Innovation and studies healthcare systems and organisations.

Dimitrios' core research interests are Leadership and Innovation. Within these, current themes include leadership and leadership development, innovation and strategic change, in the UK NHS and other healthcare systems (including China, Australia and US). Dimitrios is also involved in leadership research focusing on other professional services, primarily financial services in China.

His research has been published in leading academic journals including Organization Studies, Public Administration and Human Relations and is the lead editor of a 2016 Special Issue on Translational Research on the International Journal of Management Reviews.
