Biography

Diane Lennard is a Clinical Associate Professor of Management Communication at the Stern School of Business at New York University. She is the founder of Lennard & Company, an international consulting firm specializing in theatre-based experiential learning programs for leadership and professional development. Dr. Lennard coaches executives, educators, business consultants and other professionals who want to expand their communication skills and abilities for functioning in diverse work settings. She leads workshops for groups in the United States, Japan and India; and brings years of experience as a performer/theatre director, business owner, and educator to her work in corporate and educational settings.
