Biography
BVCA | Private Equity & Venture Capital Association
Engaged, strategic CEO, NED and leadership advisor with a track record of value creation, especially in PE.
Span fully commercial to fully developmental and comfortable with dual mission
Operated across Africa, South Asia and USA and experience with Government.
Diana's new consultancy business (Kirkos Partners) is a trusted advisor for leaders of PE firms, especially during challenging periods of transition. Whilst building a winning long term organization is immensely fulfilling it is also a tough and often lonely role. Key choices can determine the short and long term value and even survival of the firm. These choices include broadening ownership amongst the partners, aligning compensation with objectives, future proofing the structure when new product lines are added, developing the next generation of partners and transitioning leadership at the right time with minimal disruption and equally content leavers and new leaders. Diana has lived these issues personally during a 25 year career in Private Equity, as a CEO and Partner - as a GP and LP - and will bring her discreet, completely unbiased and objective experience to bear as a counsellor and sounding board for other leaders.
