Diana Kebas

Diana is a professional business trainer She brings to MCE a solid expertise in Leadership and People management, Public Speaking, Presentation skills, Communication and Influence Skills, Personal and Team effectiveness. She is a qualified project manager as well as certified from the Edward de Bono School. She has completed hundreds of business training programmes and trained people in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan.

Since 2007, Business Trainer in the “Training Studio”, Ukraine. Diana is a trainer but also a designer of soft-skills business trainings such as “Leadership and People management”, “Change Management”, “Emotional intelligence in business,” “Problem Analysis and Decision Making”, “Business presentation and public speaking”, “Effective communication in the team”.

2005-2010: Consultant, bank “Contract”. Diana was the Chairman advisor on the development of the management team, implementation of changes, corporate culture, team spirit, human resources and leadership. She also developed and implemented training programs for senior managers.

2005-2007: Development Manager, “Sympathy”, Cosmetics Company. Diana was involved in the development of the brand “Cosmetic kitchen”. She was responsible for bringing this new brand to Market and for the deployment of the Marketing strategy. She was in charge of the negotiations with the suppliers, the personnel selection and their integration. She conducted the trainings.

2003-2007: Head of Training and Development projects, Training Company “Nordic”. Diana main focus was on negotiations with clients, designing T&D programs, coaching the personnel and conducting business training.

2001-2003: Business Trainer, “The Training Company”. Diana was delivering business training.

Diana holds several qualifications: Unleashing Leadership, International Society of Neuro- Semantics (2010), Art- technologies trainer, Lugansk National University(2010), Associate Coach for the development of thinking, Edward de Bono School (2006), Professional Manager, The Open University of the UK (2004), Integrative Leadership, Frank Cardell (2003), NLP Practitioner, Centre of NLP in education (2002), Business- trainer, Centre of NLP in education (2002).

Personal

Diana is Ukrainian and lives in Kiev. She delivers workshop in Russian and Ukrainian. She has a deep interest in psychology of organizational behaviour, enjoys travelling and reading.
