Biography

Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy

Denise has 10 years’ experience of applying social marketing and behaviour change techniques to advise on public policy, services and programmes. Her role at Kantar focuses on helping clients to leverage behavioural insights to drive social change.

As a public health graduate and global nomad, Denise has provided consultancy, research and mentoring to a range of public and third sector organisations, including the Department of Health England and the Hong Kong Department of Health. Since joining Kantar she has led a variety of behaviour change projects in the areas of civic engagement, health, home maintenance, inclusion and diversity, and financial health.

Denise has extensive experience of building behaviour change capacity and skills within partner / client organisations, through delivering a combination of training workshops, onsite mentoring and offsite consultancy from project start to finish. She leads the development of Kantar’s executive education programme, Mastering Behaviour Change in a Changing World, launching in Nov 2019 in partnership with Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
