As an experienced Business Facilitator and Executive Coach, Denise's focus is in helping individuals to develop their personal effectiveness in managing themselves and their teams, through simple and effective ways. Throughout her career she has developed a diverse, global client base spanning many sectors' and industries. These activities have given her an excellent insight into the strategic and business challenges faced by managers and leaders in today's complex changing times. Assignments have included designing and implementing large scale learning events and projects, often including developing internal facilitation resources. Her areas of expertise are leadership, influencing, personal impact, culture and team development. In her role as an Executive Coach she is often working with senior executives who are about to or have recently been promoted to a new position - her style is described as comfortable, challenging, fun and insightful. Denise has an learning and development background, which she marries with her strong commercial understanding to help those she works to develop successful strategies for themselves. She is a member of a number of professional bodies including the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and the AC (Association for Coaching) and is certificated in a wide range of psychometric and developmental tools.
