I have over 20 years experience working as a career consultant and executive leadership coach, helping clients make the right choices, optimize their performance and gain satisfaction from work, whether it is increasing their earning power, spending more time with their families or transforming themselves from good managers into great leaders. I enable them to develop personal insight and a highly effective repertoire of interpersonal behaviour which delivers personal and professional results.

I have developed and run workshops for global audiences including the Future Direction of Work, Cultural Collision in Coaching Relationships for the OSCE and The Importance of Creating and Managing a Personal Brand, which was delivered to a group of ‘Women in IT Professionals’, working at eBay in both London and Silicon Valley.

I have an impressive list of individual clients from diverse backgrounds and seniority across a range of sectors including consulting, investment banking, FMCG, law, technology, engineering, public and the charity sector. Some work at top tier global corporations such as Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Google, PwC, KPMG, Apple and Shell and others have meaningful careers at mid tier and boutique companies. Many of them are MBA alumni from business schools such as Insead, Harvard, Judge, Cass, AGSM and LBS where I worked for many years as part of a team delivering the career development and executive education programme. This included conducting one to one and group coaching and delivering webinars and workshops.
