Wisconsin School of Business

Deb Houden, PhD, is an adjunct faculty member at the Wisconsin School of Business teaching Negotiations for the Executive MBA, Center for Professional Development, and the Center for Advanced Studies in Business. She has also taught numerous courses at the undergrad level in Interpersonal Communication, Communication and Conflict Resolution, and Issues in Family Business Ownership.

Dr. Houden is also a consultant with the Family Business Consulting Group, working with family enterprises on differing needs including developing effective communication and conflict resolution skills, facilitating various negotiated agreements (including shareholder and family employment agreements), developing family meetings, board development, and preparing younger generational members of family firms.
